Water, Electric, Gas and Sewer Annual Report System

Notice (November 18, 2011) There will be a new release of the WEGSARS program for use in filing your 2010 report (filing year 2011), which will be available for download and installation in late December or early January. You will be required to install this new version before you begin your 2010 report. Please watch this page for availability of the new release. Notice (March 21, 2011) WEGSARS release 6.13 is now available for download and installation. The Summary of Changes is available here. (Please note: if you have been experiencing problems with the Water Customers Served (W-27) schedule, please check the Summary of Changes for instructions.) All users are requested to upgrade to ver. 6.13, however, if you have already filed your report, it is not necessary for you to re-file after installing this upgrade. Please note that this is a client-only installation that requires a prior installation of the Full Version 6.10 Release with Database. If you are installing in a networked environment and already have the version 6.10 database in use on a shared server, you may choose the Client-Only Installation. If you are installing on a new machine and do not already have the 6.10 database installed, please choose the WEGSARS Ver. 6.10 Full Installation with Database first, then apply the WEGSARS Ver. 6.13 CLient-Only Installation. Notice (January 21, 2011) WEGSARS release 6.10 is now available for download and installation. A list of enhancements is available here. Please note that you have two installation options for this release: if this is your first installation of version 6.10, you must install the Full Installation with Database. If you are installing in a networked environment and already have the version 6.10 database in use on a shared server, you may choose the Client-Only Installation. If you are installing on a new machine and will not already have the 6.10 database available, please choose the Full Installation with Database.
Commission staff relies on utilities to provide accurate information within these reports as well as filed in a timely fashion. Staff uses the data contained within these reports in day-to-day activities. The annual reports allows the PSC to stream line processes and results in fewer questions to utilities if no report were filed. Annual Reports not being filed in a timely fashion results in more time spent by PSC staff for follow up phone calls inquiring as to why the report has not been received and also puts delay in other processes such as simplified rate cases, conventional rate cases, queries, remainder assessments, updated benchmark information, and in house databases, just to name a few. Effective immediately, for those utilities who are not up-to-date with their latest PSC annual report filing, all PSC regulatory processes for those utilities will be put on hold.
