do?

notify the Commission of changes to information, such as name
changes, etc.?
or, by email from CEO or President, sent to pscrecs@wisconsin.gov. Such letters must be received by the Commission within 20 days
of occurrence, although staff recommends that notification be
in advance, where possible, to allow staff to respond to customer
inquiries. The letters should include the four digit PSC identification
number (normally 7xxx or 17xxx) for the reseller involved. Is Commission approval required for mergers, transfers in control,
or stock transactions?
No. Companies are to notify the Commission, on company letterhead, of such activities within 20 days of occurrence.
