The Investor-Owned Utility Annual Report System (IOUARS) is used by investor-owned electric and gas utilities to prepare their Annual Reports. The standard filing deadline is April 1.

Notice (January 27, 2012)

IOUARS release 3.10 is now available for download and installation. A list of enhancements is available below. Please note that you have two installation options for this release: Full Installation with Database, or Client-Only Installation. If you are installing in a networked environment and already have the version 3.00 or higher database in use on a shared server, you may choose the Client-Only Installation. If you are installing on a new machine and do not already have the 3.00 or higher database available, please choose the Full Installation with Database.

(21.4 MB)	IOUARS ver. 3.10 Full Installation with Database      Complete release that installs the full IOUARS system.
(19.9 MB)	IOUARS ver. 3.10 Client-Only Installation      Client-only release that installs the IOUARS programs. Depends on a prior installation of ver. 3.00 or higher with a valid database file.
