By order dated July 5, 1974, in docket 2-U-7623, the Public Service Commission adopted and prescribed, with certain amendments, the Uniform System of Accounts (USOA) for Class D Privately Owned Water Utilities. The USOA currently in effect for Privately Owned Class D Water Utilities is presented here.
