The federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provides financial assistance, including tax incentives, to create jobs, improve energy efficiency, encourage the development of renewable energy, and meet critical infrastructure needs related to electricity transmission, broadband deployment, and water and wastewater infrastructure.  The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) is working closely with the Wisconsin Office of Recovery and Reinvestment (ORR) to identify opportunities for Wisconsin utilities and utility customers.
