Poverty Level Guidelines Annual Income Figures 2012
This information is used by electric and gas utilities as one measurement of a customer’s eligibility for low-income programs and assistance. It is also used by electric, gas, and water utilities to determine the level of income that corresponds to the Public Service Commission Administrative Code requirements for requesting deposits from residential customers, and by electric and gas utilities for determining the level of household income that corresponds to the condition set forth in the Administrative Code for disconnection of service during cold weather.
